The Women Leaders Association, the largest publisher and events organization for women professionals with 43,000 members and more than 130 regional chapters, today announced Tameisha Hudson as the first official Coaching Partner of its Phoenix chapter, PhoenixWomenLeaders.org. The appointment launches the association's Coaching Partners program in the Valley, giving members direct access to coaches selected for that market.
The Coaching Partners program was created to solve a problem the association's members raise constantly: coaching is one of the highest-impact investments a professional woman can make in her career — and one of the hardest to shop for. Coaching titles are unregulated, quality varies enormously, and a leader evaluating coaches on her own has little way to verify who is genuinely proven. Under the program, the Women Leaders Association does much of that screening on the member's behalf. Every Coaching Partner is vetted for recognized certifications, verifiable experience, and checked references before being presented to members, so each chapter's professionals can book a consultation with confidence, have a great experience, and keep rising in their careers.
Tameisha Hudson is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, ICF Associate Certified Coach, and 200-hour certified yoga instructor who helps women and professionals turn meaningful goals, challenges, and transitions into clear, sustainable action.
Her coaching style reflects something she has practiced throughout her career: pairing empathy with pragmatism. Through D.A.Y., Hudson combines evidence-based coaching, behavior-change strategies, practical reflection, and a whole-person approach to well-being. She helps clients strengthen self-awareness, build confidence, recognize barriers, establish healthier boundaries, and identify realistic actions that move them toward what matters most.
Hudson also brings more than 10 years of experience in leadership, operations, training, process improvement, and guiding people through change in complex, high-pressure environments — including four years as Claims Operations Change Manager at Getaround and claims roles at Sedgwick and USAA. Throughout her career she has been trusted to untangle difficult problems, improve processes, develop people, strengthen teams, and create practical solutions that support both individuals and organizations. That experience gives her a firsthand understanding of the competing demands professionals and leaders often carry, and the challenge of creating meaningful change while continuing to perform.
In coaching, she brings that same combination of compassion, curiosity, structure, and action. Hudson works especially well with women navigating growth, competing priorities, career transitions, leadership challenges, or the feeling that something in their work or life is no longer working the way they want it to. Rather than telling clients what they should do, she helps them clarify what they want, uncover what may be getting in the way, and turn insight into sustainable action.
She is also the founder of D.A.Y. Studio in Mesa, where wellness coaching sits alongside a therapeutic and somatic approach to yoga, movement, and meditation, built on her conviction that movement is one of the most direct routes to better mood and health.
Her commitment to inclusion is not theoretical. Hudson is the founder of InCluded, an Arizona nonprofit created to provide neurodivergent teens and young adults with opportunities to build relationships, practice life skills, and discover what a meaningful life looks like for them. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in small business and entrepreneurship from DeVry University.
"Across my work, one belief stays consistent: meaningful change becomes possible when people have the space, support, and confidence to take ownership of what comes next," said Hudson. "I don't tell clients what they should do. I help them clarify what they want, uncover what may be getting in the way, and turn insight into action they can actually sustain. Women carry a lot of competing demands, and change has to fit inside a real life. I'm honored to bring that to the Women Leaders Association's Phoenix members."
Phoenix-area members can now view Hudson's full profile, including her focus areas and background, email her directly to begin a conversation or book a complimentary 30-minute wellness coaching consultation, or send her a private note through the page, at https://PhoenixWomenLeaders.org/coaching.html?coach=TameishaHudson
"Tameisha pairs credentials our members can trust with a decade of untangling the situations nobody else wanted to touch," said Lydia Price, 2026 Volunteer Chair of the Women Leaders Association. "She is board certified in health and wellness coaching and ICF certified, and she has led operations and change inside high-pressure organizations. That mix — evidence-based coaching plus real operating experience — is exactly what a woman in the middle of a demanding career needs beside her."
The Phoenix launch is part of a national rollout, with the association extending the Coaching Partners program across its network of more than 130 chapters, pairing each city's members with coaches selected for that market.
The Coaching Partners program extends the association's broader mission of giving professional women both the structural transparency and the individual support they need to advance. Research from Pew and others estimates that women still earn roughly 15 percent less than men on average, and most women have little visibility into which employers actually advance women fairly. The Women Leaders Association has invested heavily in closing that information gap: its Glass Ceiling Score project, uses big data to score most major U.S. employers on how fairly they promote women into management and executive roles, and its chapters publish Best Women Employers rankings, compensation studies, and annual Top 50 Women Leaders awards. Coaching Partners adds the complementary, personal dimension: once a member can see the landscape clearly, a proven coach helps her move through it.
